Our Mission: A Safe Space for Growth

We provide a “Safe Growth Zone” where young individuals can develop confidence, self-belief, and both physical and mental stamina. Our programs are designed to instill discipline, resilience, and a positive mindset, helping children overcome challenges and build inner strength. Beyond the mats, we offer an engaging alternative to screen time, promoting focus and real-world confidence through dynamic sparring techniques (Kyoryugi) and intricate forms (Poomsae), all while nurturing friendships and a strong sense of community.

Our Coaches: Experienced and Certified

Our experienced Instructors and Coaches are aligned in their goals and enthusiasm for Taekwondo, especially when it comes to the many benefits it has for our students and the wider community.

You can train with confidence knowing that all of our Coaches are:

• Registered Instructors with British Taekwondo, the National Governing Body for World Taekwondo in the UK.
• Level 2 qualified Sport Coaches.
• Kukkiwon certified black belts.
• Enhanced DBS (CRB) certified every term.

A Proven Path to Success

At Apex  Leo Bolton TKD, your child is part of a legacy of excellence. In the last three years alone, students from our academy have achieved incredible success, including:

• Producing 24 British Champions and 74 overall medallists.
• Representing the Great Britain National Team (Team GB) on 15 occasions.
• Having 8 athletes selected for the National Training Academy.

We also have competitive teams of students who regularly compete at domestic and international competitions, offering a clear pathway for those who want to take their skills to the next level.
